In your new role with us, you will play a critical role in shaping the future capability of the organisation through proactive workforce planning and analysis.
Your role leads the design, development, and implementation of workforce strategies aligned with Benetas' strategic goals, growth plans, and obligations under the Aged Care Quality Standards and Aged Care Act and will partner with leaders across the organisation to ensure that the right workforce — with the right skills — is available at the right time.
Specifically, you will leverage your previous experience, skills and education to :Optimise workforce structures to support strategic and client outcomesFacilitate job design, capability mapping and role clarity considering aged care quality expectationsLead workforce modelling and scenario planning aligned to workforce supply and demand to support operational and financial objectivesEstablish and manage succession planning and workforce readiness programs, talent pipelines for critical roles and promote capability upliftOversee and provide workforce analysis, insights, reporting and strategic adviceContribute to the planning and building of capability across the organisationAbout youTo be successful in this role you will have :Relevant experience in a similar role and have tertiary qualifications in Human Resources, business, people analytics or a related disciplineIn-depth working experience in workforce planning, analytics or organisational developmentAbility to lead complex planning activities across multiple stakeholder groupsProficiency in interpreting workforce metrics and creating actionable insightsUnderstanding of Aged Care Quality Standards, Aged Care Act, and Fair Work obligations and familiarity with the Aged Care Charter of Rights and the Code of ConductDirect and indirect leadership, coaching and mentoring skillsHighly developed communication, negotiation and liaison skillsAbility to provide strategic and operational HR advice to a range of stakeholdersAdditionally, you will be a seasoned practitioner who is able to exercise high levels of discretion and professionalism, have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, maintain a collaborative and service-oriented approach and be comfortable working in a change-oriented environment.Why Benetas?Join us on our fulfilling journey, as we transform the experience of ageing through collaboration, new ideas and genuine care.
