About the role
We are seeking a casual Chef to join our Production Kitchen team. The successful candidate will be qualified and capable of handling general food production for our outlets and events.

As a Chef, your role extends beyond traditional culinary duties. You'll be a driving force in our creative Kitchen, brainstorming new products, recipes, and innovative preparation techniques.
About you
This is a hands-on operational role, where you will be required to work alongside teams to deliver exceptional experiences. In addition, you will need to have the following experience and skills:
* Food handling and preparation, knife skills and dishwashing experience in a similar operation.
* Boardroom, café, restaurant, production or hotel kitchen experience.
* Understanding of healthy food products and processes, dietary and religious preferences.
* Experience in stock ordering.
* High standard of professional service and personal presentation.
* Possess excellent organisational, time management and communication skills.
* Ability to work as part of a team.
