Job Description:

This role is ideal for a highly organized and creative individual who can deliver high-quality marketing support. The successful candidate will play a key role in delivering impactful marketing outcomes, from managing digital platforms to designing visually compelling marketing materials.

The Marketing Coordinator will be responsible for creating and implementing marketing collateral using Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator) and PowerPoint. They will also support the preparation of capability statements and tender responses, ensuring brand consistency and attention to detail.

Additional responsibilities include updating and optimizing the firm's website, including news, profiles, and deal showcases; applying basic SEO techniques. The Marketing Coordinator will also support digital marketing efforts and ensure strong online brand presence.

Key Responsibilities:
* Desktop Publishing & Graphic Design: Create and implement marketing collateral using Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator) and PowerPoint.
* Bids and Proposals: Support the preparation of capability statements and tender responses, ensuring brand consistency and attention to detail.
* Website Maintenance: Update and optimise the firm's website, including news, profiles, and deal showcases; apply basic SEO techniques.
* Digital Campaigns: Support digital marketing efforts and ensure strong online brand presence.
* Photo Shoots: Coordinate internal and external photography sessions in line with brand guidelines.
* Client Events & Sponsorships: Assist in organising events, including logistics, catering, signage, presentations, and promotional materials.


Required Skills and Qualifications:
You will need experience in a marketing and communications or administration role within a professional services environment. Strong desktop publishing skills and experience with marketing collateral production are essential. You will also require proficiency in Microsoft Office, PowerPoint, email marketing software, and basic HTML/CSS for web editing. Experience with Adobe Creative Suite is preferred.
