The successful candidate will provide remote service desk support to various environments, serving as a point of escalation and subject matter expert. They will also support a combination of servers, desktops, and applications within Microsoft Azure, AD, and M365 environments, as well as deliver support for Azure Entra, Hyper-V, and Citrix cloud infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide remote service desk support to various environments from 10-500 users, as a point of escalation and SME.
* Support servers, desktops, and applications within Microsoft Azure, AD, and M365 environments.
* Deliver support for Azure Entra, Hyper-V, and Citrix cloud infrastructure.
* Perform a wide range of support tasks across multiple technologies using automations and AI.
* Occasionally participate in onsite and project teams to deploy solutions for customers.
Requirements
* Advanced understanding of end-user support and Active Directory.
* Comprehensive knowledge of Windows Server, Azure, and Exchange.
* Familiarity with technical infrastructure from desktop to firewall, including LAN & WAN networking.
* Understanding of ticketing systems and customer service principles.
* Strong communication skills and a genuine desire to understand customers' needs.
