As an RN you will take on a leadership role in coordinating care, supporting colleagues, and contributing to quality, safety, education and research.

We respect, protect and promote human rights in our decision-making and actions.Key ResponsibilitiesDeliver safe, person-centred nursing care in line with NMBA standards, legislation, and Sunshine Coast Health's values.Provide leadership in clinical practice, including coordinating care, delegating tasks, and mentoring ENs, AINs, students, and colleagues.Support quality, safety, and continuous improvement by identifying risks, participating in incident reviews, and contributing to best practice outcomes.Engage in education and career development, supporting your own learning while providing health promotion, orientation, and teaching for others.Salary between $82 753 - $106 144 p.a. (f/t), or salary rates: $41.73 - $53.53 p.h. (p/t), employer contribution to superannuation (up to 12.75%) (Nurse Grade 5) (several full time and part time positions available).
