The Opportunity
We currently have an opportunity for a Senior Manager to join our global Clients Markets & Growth team. The (M&G) team executes the firm's strategy and drives profitable growth with a specific focus on our chosen industries, markets and clients. It focuses on industry solutions and client experience, driving campaigns, leveraging client insights, and managing strategic initiatives to service our client's needs.
This is a leadership role in the M&G team, responsible for driving collaboration, industry growth and client engagement. Reporting into the Global BD Lead for the Energy & Infrastructure Industry, the Senior Manager will serve as a member of the regional M&G leadership team and will work closely with the Energy & Infrastructure Industry Global Leader and their leadership team, as well as regional Practice Heads, to develop, define and execute the strategy across the region.
The position requires close collaboration with M&G and the broader CMG function. There are four core areas of focus for this role: Strategic Planning & Execution, Opportunity Identification & Management, Client Development & Management and Industry Management.

We are interested in hearing from people who have:
* Previous experience in professional services / industry business development environment
* Previous experience in a client facing capacity including client listening experience
* Demonstrated leadership experience for both coaching teams and managing major projects and/or initiatives
* Proven track record of leading a team and cultivating a high-performance culture
* Commercial awareness and an innovative mind‐set for developing and evolving ways of working
* Strong interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to build trusting relationships with the partnership and business services.
* Excellent verbal and written communication with the ability to effectively interact with peers and influence internal clients including senior stakeholders
* Ability to synthesise information to identify opportunities and solve complex problems.
