A unique opportunity has become available for an Executive Assistant and Internal Communications Coordinator.
What will you do?
You will be supporting the executive leaders of the region with
Calendar management and meeting management for key executives
Oversee the regional travel booking and approval
Coordinating approvals for expenditure
Planning and coordination of events and conferences
Coordination of internal communication and PR activities
Facilitate executive-led meetings including town halls
Maintain agreed cadence distribution of internal comms
Update company intranet, the social media app
What are we looking for?
Experience supporting executive-level managers with a high degree of confidentiality
Exceptional organisational and calendar management skills
High levels of autonomy, initiative, flexibility, and adaptability
Experience with internal communications is highly desirable
Flawless communication and presentation skills
