Situated in Ballina we offer a fantastic work environment and are seeking receptionist who is highly motivated and driven individual with strong communication skills and the ability to work within an established team. Full-time position, we will consider 9:00am - 3:00pm.
About the business and the role
LJ Hooker Ballina requires a bright, enthusiastic and well presented Receptionist with great communication skills to be the 'face & voice' of the company and support the team across property management while presenting the company in a professional and friendly manner.
Job tasks and responsibilities
The role is in support of our Property Investment Managers with key tasks including:
* Answering phones, meeting and greeting clients & helping with enquiries
* Processing payments
* Admin support for property management
Skills and experience
* A polite & confident telephone manner
* Excellent verbal & written communication skills
* Computer skills and excellent organisational skills
* The ability to multi-task and work well under pressure
* The ability to work in a dynamic team environment
