Role Overview
We're seeking an innovative AI‑First CRO Copywriter to join our dynamic team at the forefront of internal innovation.
What You'll Need
* 3+ years of experience in direct-response or conversion‑focused copywriting, with a proven portfolio of results.
* At least 1 year of hands‑on experience using generative AI tools in a professional marketing context to create and optimize content.
* Deep knowledge of CRO principles, A/B testing methodologies, and data analysis.
* Proficiency in prompt engineering: the ability to guide AI to produce on‑brand, persuasive, and contextually relevant content that meets specific conversion goals.
* An analytical and experimental mindset, with a passion for using data to find what works and an eagerness to test new ideas and technologies.
* Familiarity with AI‑powered testing platforms/dashboards and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).
* Exceptional editing skills and a meticulous eye for detail, ensuring AI‑generated content meets the highest standards of quality, clarity, and brand voice.
