In this key leadership position, you will be responsible for:
Delivering financial and operational analysis to support the Australian General Manager
Leading budgeting, forecasting and financial performance reporting
Ensuring accurate financial statements and compliance with IFRS and Australian standards
Overseeing the end-to-end accounting process for Australia and international entities
Strengthening financial policies, internal controls, and compliance processes
Managing tax compliance requirements across multiple jurisdictions
Overseeing cash flow, working capital, and rolling cash flow forecasts
Supporting global financing activities and financial modelling
Coordinating internal and external audits, including IPO readiness activities
Leading, mentoring, and developing the Australian finance team
About You
To be successful in this role, you will bring:
Strong financial management, reporting, and analytical capability
Experience with IFRS, tax, and multi-entity or international operations
Proven ability to manage finance teams and improve processes
Excellent communication skills in both Mandarin and English
A proactive, hands‑on approach and ability to work in a dynamic environment
