Key Responsibilities
Develop and support all aspects of business application systems, including ERP / M3 Integrations, SQL Web Development, and cloud technologies like Azure and AWS.
Ensure high availability of critical business systems and drive continuous improvement in ERP system implementation and support.
Collaborate with key stakeholders to provide support on the utilisation of data generated by business systems.
Determine, recommend, and implement upgrades for key business applications.
Develop strong business insights and ensure protocols for business systems analysis and design.
Establish and implement best-practice standards for business systems and support user needs in a timely manner.
Desired Skills and Attributes
Tertiary qualifications in Information Technology or related fields.
Certification in Project Management is advantageous.
Strong business acumen with solid knowledge of ERP systems and associated technologies.
Experience in systems analysis, design, and development.
Proficient in ERP system management, SQL Server, TSQL, and object-oriented programming (C#, VB.NET, ASP.NET, HTML5, CSS, JavaScript).
Experience with integration technologies (SOAP, REST API).
Excellent communication skills to support and collaborate with business stakeholders.
