Position Purpose

The Broker State Manager is responsible for leading and managing Dynamoney's broker distribution activities within a state or regional area. This role oversees a regional team of broker relationship managers and is accountable for driving broker engagement, growth of the SME lending portfolio, and the achievement of business objectives through strategic relationship management and operational excellence.

The role balances leadership, performance management, and stakeholder engagement, ensuring that regional brokers are supported, motivated, and aligned with Dynamoney's strategic goals and values.

Key Responsibilities

Team Leadership and Management

* Lead, develop, and manage a regional team of broker relationship managers to achieve business objectives.
* Set clear performance expectations, provide coaching, mentoring, and regular feedback to ensure team success.
* Foster a high-performance, customer-centric, and collaborative culture within the regional team.
* Conduct regular team meetings, performance reviews, and development planning.

Broker Relationship Management

* Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with brokers and intermediaries in the region.
* Drive engagement, adoption, and satisfaction among broker partners.
* Support brokers with market insights, product knowledge, and operational guidance to enhance customer outcomes.
* Identify opportunities for growth and develop strategies to expand the broker network and lending portfolio.

Business Growth and Strategy

* Develop and execute a regional business plan aligned with Dynamoney's overall strategy and targets.
* Monitor regional sales performance, pipeline, and portfolio metrics, providing insights and recommendations to senior leadership.
* Collaborate with Marketing, Product, and Operations teams to implement initiatives that drive broker engagement and portfolio growth.

Operational Oversight and Compliance

* Ensure regional broker activities comply with internal policies, lending guidelines, and regulatory requirements.
* Monitor workflow and operational processes to ensure efficiency and accuracy in broker submissions and loan settlements.
* Support audits and quality reviews related to broker activity in the region.

Stakeholder Engagement

* Act as the regional point of contact for brokers, internal teams, and senior management.
* Represent Dynamoney externally at industry events, conferences, and broker forums to enhance brand presence.
* Collaborate with internal stakeholders to address challenges, share insights, and implement improvements.

Reporting and Performance Monitoring

* Provide regular reports on regional broker performance, loan volumes, pipeline, and other key metrics.
* Identify trends, risks, and opportunities, recommending actions to achieve regional objectives.
* Track team performance against KPIs and implement initiatives to improve outcomes.

* Achievement of regional lending and growth targets.
* Broker engagement, satisfaction, and retention levels.
* Team performance, development, and productivity.
* Compliance with lending policies, internal procedures, and regulatory requirements.
