THE ROLEAs part of the Digital & Publications team, this position contributes to the department's strategic direction of digital and content management systems available across the department. The role will work with a team of IT professionals and provide system administration support, programming support and coordination of team tasks. ACCOUNTABILITIES INCLUDE * Undertake a range of system administrative functions to support the operation of the work unit as required and, under general direction. * Attend appropriately to enquiries by taking a helpful approach and with a welcoming and professional manner. * Perform computer-based tasks including preparing and sending standard written communications.
