Oversee the entire contract life cycle, from pre-tender planning to submission, implementation, and performance monitoring.
Lead tender submissions, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely completion.
Act as the primary liaison for government agencies and private sector partners, fostering strong stakeholder relationships.
Coordinate cross-functional teams to gather necessary tender inputs and ensure seamless execution.
Manage contract performance, tracking KPIs, pricing updates, and compliance requirements.
Analyse sales data to generate reports and insights that support contract and business decisions.
Continuously refine contract management tools, databases, and processes while maintaining accurate records.
The Successful ApplicantThe successful applicant should have: Proven experience in tenders or contract management within health care, medical devices, or a related industry.
Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder relationship management abilities.
Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel) and familiarity with CRM systems.
Strong organisational and time-management skills, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in submissions.
Understanding of procurement processes from both buyer and supplier perspectives.
