Key Responsibilities include:
* Leadership and Team Management: Provide exceptional leadership, support, mentoring, and direction to the Claims Team.
* Meet or exceed individual and team Score Card objectives.
* Develop a high-performance culture within the team, including one-on-one training for new staff.
* Productivity and Efficiency: Drive and maximize productivity at both individual and team levels.
* Risk and Compliance: Demonstrate Suncorp Leader Profile behaviors by leading by example, driving a positive risk culture, and adhering to risk governance frameworks.
* Claims Management: Ensure claims settlements are applied appropriately through training and monitoring, minimizing expenses by ensuring timely action on recoveries.
* Maintain strong relationships with Technical Service Advisors and IDR Teams for fair settlements.
* Adhere to TS Claims Team Service Level Agreements to ensure a superior customer claims experience.

* You will have at least 2 years of leadership experience.
