Key Sales Professional
We are seeking a skilled Sales Agent to join our Reservations Team in a dynamic sales environment.
In this challenging role, you will be responsible for handling guest enquiries via phone, email and live chat. Your primary objective is to convert bookings efficiently and maximise revenue through effective sales strategies.
Your key responsibilities include:
* Qualifying guests and providing expert advice on accommodation rates and packages.
* Processing booking enquiries and following up with guests to confirm bookings.
* Building strong business relationships with trade partners and communicating special guest requests to other teams.
* Maintaining excellent knowledge of island developments, rates, specials and on-island activities.
As a successful Sales Agent, you will possess strong communication skills and the ability to work under pressure. You must also have a proven track record of achieving targets and KPIs in a sales-based environment.
Key qualifications and experience include:
* A minimum of 1 year experience in a sales-based travel industry role.
* Contact/Call Centre experience is desirable but not essential.

* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Proficiency in Microsoft systems (Outlook, Word, Excel).
