About the Role
As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for identifying and managing network integration risks, working closely with customers to mitigate the impact on safety and capability. You will also collaborate with US counterparts to develop a deep technical knowledge of network systems and integration protocols.
You will work closely with the Mission Systems Team to support ongoing management of the mission system through evaluation and assessment of network changes. Your outcomes will be delivered as assigned from relevant statements of work.
About You
To succeed in this role, you will need a degree in IT or Engineering and experience working with multiple stakeholders to achieve outcomes. A strong background in Network Engineering is essential, along with Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) certification or equivalent level of expertise.
You will have experience with the network development life cycle process, routing and switching systems, defence systems, network information and event management systems, simulations and load tests, programming languages and more.
We are looking for someone who is friendly, engaged, and able to build strong relationships with key stakeholders, with an ability to hit milestones and pick up new systems quickly.
