About the Role
You'll work closely with our Senior Property Manager and the wider team to ensure smooth day-to-day operations and outstanding client service. Your responsibilities may include:
* Communicating with tenants and landlords
* Conducting property inspections and preparing detailed reports
* Organising maintenance requests and liaising with tradespeople
* Assisting with leasing, open inspections, and tenancy agreements
* Managing administrative and office support tasks
* Supporting rental arrears management and tenant enquiries

About You
We're open to applicants at different stages of their real estate career. You might be:
* An experienced Property Manager looking for a fresh start in a respected local agency, or
* A Property Management Assistant or a motivated newcomer with strong administrative skills and a passion for real estate
You'll also bring:
* Excellent communication and organisational skills
* A positive attitude and willingness to learn
* Strong attention to detail and customer focus
* A valid driver's licence and a reliable vehicle
* Real estate experience - preferred but not essential
* Current property management license - or willingness to obtain
