As a key member of the museum's hospitality team, you will be working closely with staff to deliver an exceptional experience for our guests. This includes serving drinks and food in our Void Bar during operational hours (Thursday - Monday), supporting the bar manager and contributing to upcoming projects.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Serving drinks and food to our guests, maintaining high standards of customer service
* Supporting the Void Bar manager in day-to-day operations
* Contributing to sustainability initiatives and maintaining eco-friendly practices
* Maintaining equipment and stock inventories, performing regular stock takes
**Requirements:**
* Minimum 2 years experience in a similar role, preferably in a fast-paced environment
* Passion for sustainability and creating low-proof drinks with a produce focus
* Excellent knowledge of classic cocktails, craft beer, and local wine
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team, excellent communication skills
