Store Operations Leader
The role of Store Operations Leader is pivotal in driving daily retail store performance, working closely with the Store Manager to achieve sales objectives and manage operational expenses.
Main responsibilities include coaching the team to deliver superior customer experiences, spearheading visual merchandising efforts, and supporting staff training in customer service, product knowledge, and operational duties.
In addition to these key tasks, the Store Operations Leader will also be responsible for leading the store and team in the absence of the Store Manager on duty, providing timely feedback to encourage development within the team, and maintaining robust communication skills, time management, and organizational abilities.
