Job Description
This is a unique opportunity to contribute to creating pathways to better health for North West communities. Working in the Hospital in the Home (HITH) Unit, you will provide advanced level of clinical care and ensure that all care provided is patient-focused and evidence-based.
The role requires applying critical thinking skills across all domains of clinical practice and providing leadership and support as part of the Hospital in the Home team, supporting a culture reflective of the North West HHS values.
Key Responsibilities:
* Plan and coordinate the clinical management of patients/clients in their care.
* Apply critical thinking skills across all domains of clinical practice.
* Provide leadership and support as part of the Hospital in the Home team.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Mandatory requirements are a relevant tertiary degree qualification and appropriate registration/licences. A Class Motor Vehicle Licence is also required.
Pre-employment screening will be conducted for the successful applicant, including Criminal History checks.
A period of 6 months' probation may apply.

* Base salary ranges between $107,960 and $115,604 p.a.

Additionally, we offer staff accommodation or a private rental subsidy of AUD$82.50 per week for up to 17 months.
