Minimum Requirements :
* Certificate III in Individual Support / Aged Care or similar qualifications essential
* 6 months+ experience in a similar role with residential aged care experience highly regarded
* Excellent customer service and communication skills
* Experience with AutumnCare (or similar software) with the ability to maintain excellent records
* Nationally Coordinated Criminal History Check (NCCHC)
* NDIS Worker Screening Check may be a requirement of this role.
