Job Description
We're looking for a Digital Performance Marketing Manager who thrives on driving digital performance and crafting omnichannel strategies that spark growth, loyalty, and engagement. This role focuses on managing and optimizing digital platforms-particularly B2B and B2C ecommerce sites-to ensure they perform at their peak, both commercially and creatively.
Performance & Lifecycle Mastery
Take the lead in achieving digital KPIs that span the full customer journey-awareness to advocacy
Monitor platform performance and contribute to strategic product optimization
Strategic Marketing Delivery
Design and roll out a smart, cohesive omnichannel marketing strategy
Curate and own a detailed 12-month marketing and content calendar
Deliver high-impact campaigns across digital touchpoints like email, social, search, print, and web
Oversee automation strategies and evergreen content that drive results
Data-Driven Thinking
Track and report on key metrics-sessions, AOV, CLV, bounce rates, and more
Use platforms like Hubspot, Salesforce, GA, PowerBI, and social tools to turn numbers into insights
Develop benchmarks, set KPIs, and optimise continuously based on real-time feedback
Customer Experience & Creativity
Keep the user journey front of mind-identify areas to elevate digital experiences
Bring fresh, creative campaign ideas to the table that resonate across channels
Stakeholder Engagement
Help internal teams align their work with digital initiatives and actively support adoption
Facilitate training sessions and be a go-to voice for the digital experience
Analytics & Reporting
Present marketing results with clarity and strategic insight
Make recommendations based on performance data, user behaviour, and market research
Stay curious and plugged in to digital best practices and emerging trends
The Successful Applicant
Digital Performance Marketing Manager will be :
A confident self-starter who takes full ownership and thinks creatively
5+ years in digital marketing, ideally within e-commerce ecosystems (B2B and B2C)
Paid media experience with platforms like Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, etc.
A compelling communicator-written and verbal-with an eye for digital storytelling
Highly organised and resilient in fast-moving environments
Data-savvy and comfortable distilling insights from dashboards and spreadsheets
Experienced in stakeholder and cross-functional team engagement
Equally strategic and hands-on-you can plan, execute, and optimise all in one breath
Able to balance ambiguity and action with calm, informed decision-making
