Position Overview
We have an exciting opportunity within our Engineering Services Team for a Technical Records Assistant / Administrator to support our Queensland fleet. We seek a motivated, detail-oriented individual with strong communication and prioritisation skills. Ability to work independently and in a team is essential.
Responsibilities
Maintain technical records such as aircraft logbooks, component history cards, and aircraft records.
Process data into the Aircraft Maintenance System (Aeronet).
Ensure maintenance and audit schedules for records are maintained.
Report issues affecting component changes or compliance.
Identify hazards and health and safety issues, ensuring compliance.
Support Engineering and Maintenance teams.
Perform ad hoc duties and assist with IT queries.
Provide administrative support, prepare documents, and undertake general admin tasks.
Complete site inductions for new staff.
Personal Qualities
Timely and accurate data entry skills.
Strong aptitude for maths and problem solving.
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with Aeronet is desirable.
Capacity to manage competing demands and attention to detail.
Industry-specific on-the-job training will be provided.
