About the role
Open to senior clinicians with at least 2 years experience. Sustainable productivity targets at 60% with incentives kicking in from 50%. Promotion reviews every 12 weeks to fast‑track your growth. Formal structured supervision and mentoring included. Choose permanent part‑time (13 days a week), full‑time (4 days a week) or a 6/12‑month contract.

Required experience & qualifications
* Recognised qualification in Occupational Therapy
* Registration or eligibility for registration with AHPRA
* A National Police Clearance, Working With Children/Working with Vulnerable People Check, First Aid Certificate & NDIS Worker Screening Clearance (or willingness to obtain one before commencement)
