Job Description The Role
We have an exciting opportunity for a Canteen & Amenities Team Member to join our Cambridge team. This is a Monday to Friday role with consistent day shift hours ideal if you're looking for stability and a great work-life balance.
In this role, you'll play a key part in keeping our canteen areas clean, well-stocked, and welcoming for our wider production team. You'll also support new employees with locker and uniform setup, making you an important part of the onboarding experience at our site.
What you'll be doing?
* Assisting with food preparation and cooking as required
* Keeping canteen areas clean and meeting company standards
* Regularly restocking canteen resources for staff
* Assisting with kitchen clean-up
* Supporting new employees with locker and uniform requirements
* Ensuring staff have the correct uniform and PPE during shift times
* Working collaboratively with the wider canteen and amenities team
What we are looking for?
* Previous food handling and/or cleaning experience (preferred)
* Experience using cleaning products and/or chemical handling
* EFTPOS and/or cash handling experience
* Strong attention to detail and time management
* A high standard of customer service
* A reliable, punctual team player who can also use their initiative
