About SpaceX
At SpaceX, we believe that a future where humanity is out exploring the stars is fundamentally more exciting than one where we are not. We're actively developing technologies to make this possible, with the ultimate goal of enabling human life on Mars.
Sr. Scheduler (Starship Launch Pad)
The Launch Pad Tower & Launch Mount team is seeking a dedicated and talented individual to develop, maintain, and help lead the execution of our highly dynamic mission and engineering planning while building the launch pad for the world's largest rocket. This role requires proactive coordination of our launch pad build milestones, hardware delivery, launch pad refurbishment and preparation, and all other launch/build related operations.
If you have a knack for enabling timely results in complex situations, and the thought of developing the plan for the on-time execution of complex, multi-disciplinary engineering/technician teams sounds rewarding, then you may be the ideal candidate for this position.
About the Role
As the team's Sr. Control Scheduler (Starship Launch Pad), you will be at the nexus of all these activities and will work to construct, maintain, and communicate multiple resource-aware projects in parallel. You'll be empowered to identify and solve gaps in our engineering/technician plans, implement improvements to our work instructions, and drive consistency across our active pad builds and the programs' Starship launch schedule.

* Organize and communicate the daily priorities, progress, and critical path schedules to production coordinators, team leads, and supervisors as required.
* Provide daily visibility, weekly status, and monthly reviews on schedule performance.
* Create and leverage metrics using queries and Excel to highlight shortages and determine schedule risks.
Requirements
* Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of scheduling experience; OR 7+ years of manufacturing scheduling experience with a high school diploma or equivalency certificate.
