Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome visitors in a warm and professional manner
- Answer incoming calls, directing them to the appropriate department, and addressing inquiries
- Manage the front desk area and maintain a tidy and organized reception space
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars for staff as needed
- Assist with administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and organizing office materials
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages
- Support various departments with additional tasks as required
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in office administration are a plus
- Proven experience as a Receptionist or in a similar customer-facing role
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and general office equipment
- Positive attitude and qualified demeanor
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and discretion
