About the Role
This leadership position involves supporting the Store Manager in inspiring and motivating a high-performing team to achieve sales targets and provide outstanding customer service. Key responsibilities include:
* Leading and developing the team to meet sales and key performance indicators
* Ensuring an exceptional customer experience through effective communication, problem-solving, and issue resolution
* Maintaining stock levels, visual merchandising, and store presentation to enhance the shopping environment
* Supporting recruitment, training, and performance management to optimize team capabilities
* Ensuring compliance with safety and operational standards to safeguard employees and customers
* Assisting with rostering, leave management, and operational reporting to streamline store operations
