Our Sales Cadet Program has been designed to develop the next generation of MICM sales professionals. Over your career you will be guided by dedicated sales managers whose primary focus is coaching, mentoring, and building your capability. This role provides the foundation, structure, and support needed to grow into a high performing Sales Associate.
As part of your cadetship, MICM will fully fund your Cert IV in Real Estate Practice, giving you both the qualification and the practical experience required to establish a successful real estate career.
Your development journey
* Managing and entering sales leads into the CRM to ensure timely follow up
* Building and maintaining accurate buyer and vendor databases
* Assisting with buyer engagement and introducing suitable purchasers to new listings
* Supporting vendor communication and helping prepare weekly updates
* Working alongside the Marketing team to ensure all campaign materials are accurate and delivered on schedule
* Conducting open inspections, private appointments, and pre‐settlement inspections
* Providing a consistently high level of customer service to all clients
* Completing administrative tasks that support strong sales outcomes
