We are searching for a Digital Production Assistant & Finisher. Organised and energetic - we are looking for someone who is switched on and can work across multiple areas in a print environment, a print all-rounder In a full-time position. Hours are flexible. Drivers Licence essential.

Your Key Responsibilities:
* Digital file handling, digital printing, and finishing direction & assistance.
* Delivering quality products to meet the expectations of our clients.
* Customer support - offering suggestions to customers to enhance the quality of work, improve experience and manage expectations.
* Stock maintenance.
* Providing a vital link between, print production, picking and packing, dispatching.
The ideal candidate will have:
* Digital press and Wide Format printer production experience.
* 1-2 years of digital press and wide format printer experience.
* Experience using guillotines, laminating, binding, scoring, folding.
* 1-2 years of finishing equipment experience including guillotines, laminating, binding, scoring, and folding.
* Good organisational skills, have the ability to meet deadlines and enjoy working with a small, committed team.
* Demonstrated ability to work under pressure.
* Strong time management skills and multitasking ability in a fast-paced dynamic environment that is deadline driven.
* High attention to detail in fast-paced environments
* A positive "can do" attitude
* Motivation to be a self-starter, pro-active and enjoys working in a team environment.
* Demonstrated reliability.
* A love of processes, ticking the boxes and getting the job done right the first time
* Australian work rights are required for this position.
