As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for supporting comprehensive marketing strategies across various channels. Your role will support the team in driving brand awareness, increasing occupancy rates, and generating revenue.

Responsibilities include:
1. Administration of rates, contracts and customer service for local, retail, wholesale and inbound travel agents
2. Liaising and communicating with guests, agents and various departments and managers
3. Coodinating with the reservations team and all functions plus the front office teams to ensure all rates and policies and procedures are kept up to date
4. Supporting the event & groups coordinator ensuring accuracy in group quotes and timelines
