ESS manages all aspects of large-scale accommodation facilities or "villages" for remote workers, providing the essential comforts such as a hot meal, a clean bed, freshly laundered workwear to health and wellness facilities for those working away from home._**
We are currently seeking an experienced Catering Supervisor to join our remote site on a full-time basis in Olympic Dam Village, South Australia.
**Key duties**:
- Lead, train, supervise and motivate a large team to deliver high quality and exceptional customer service
- Support and supervise the delivery of service & functions
- Ensure Food Safety Practice is followed and adhered too
- Financial reporting, including cash management and stock control
- Collaborate with management to maintain procedures and actively engage in site safety culture
**We are looking for great people with the following attributes**:
- Must have team leader or supervisory experience
- Proven experience building and maintaining positing working relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Robust Occupational Health and Safety focus
- Valid Full C Class driving licence
