Job Description:
As a seasoned marketer, you will spearhead the development and deployment of brand and segment growth initiatives in line with the business's strategic priorities.
* Develop comprehensive data-driven marketing and 3-year growth plans incorporating consumer, shopper, category, and customer insights.
Collaborate across our iconic brands to create well-rounded profiles as marketers, honing strategic agility, marketing skills, and commercial awareness.
* Strategic Brand and Growth Planning: Spearhead the creation of actionable marketing strategies and 3-year growth plans aligned with business objectives.
* Innovation and Product Development: Drive a robust 3–5 year innovation pipeline that aligns with brand strategy and market trends.
* Cross-Functional and Customer Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional teams to deliver key brand initiatives and customer plans.
* Comms and Media Planning: Develop strategic comms briefings for key brands. Manage the execution of comms and media plans.
* Performance Analysis and Risk Management: Utilize market data to monitor brand health, manage risks, and guide decision-making.
* Team Leadership and Development: Foster a high-performing culture, mentor team members, and actively manage personal development and performance.
This role requires managing multiple complex high-profile projects simultaneously.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
* University Degree in Business, Marketing, or Brand Management.
* Significant experience in brand marketing in international FMCG companies.
* Proven track record in Senior Brand Manager or significant experience in a Brand Manager role.
* Excellent analytical, presentation, stakeholder, and communication skills.
* A highly strategic, insights-led marketer with a creative passion for understanding consumers and growing brands.
* Ability to manage multiple complex high-profile projects simultaneously.
