Are you a passionate and driven veterinarian looking to make a significant impact in the animal health / pet industry? In this role, you'll be responsible for executing strategic plans to achieve business outcomes, drive sales growth, and provide top‐notch technical support to customers, stakeholders, and influencers.
What You Will Do: As a Field Services Veterinarian, your key responsibilities will include:
* Executing the Field Services strategy to achieve business goals
* Developing and implementing territory plans for technical field coverage
* Collaborating with the sales team to drive sales and market share growth
* Delivering technical trainings and presentations at forums
* Coaching sales representatives on technical selling skills
* Building and maintaining relationships with customers, stakeholders, and influencers
* Providing technical advice to veterinarians, pet retail staff, and consumers
* Developing and implementing field materials in alignment with marketing strategies
* Maintaining a high level of product knowledge and understanding of animal health issues
Qualifications and Skills: To succeed in this role, you will need:
* A Veterinary Degree and Registration with the Veterinary Surgeons Board of WQLD (essential)
* 3 years of experience in clinical companion animal veterinary practice
* Experience with companion animal vaccines and parasiticides
* Excellent presentation, oral, and written communication skills
* Competency in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
* High flexibility, resilience, and problem‐solving abilities
* Strong organisational skills and ability to work well with others
* Self‐motivation and the ability to make decisions independently
* Strong negotiation and influencing skills
* Initiative to work effectively with minimal supervision
