About the Role
As a Senior Accountant in Business Services & Advisory, you'll work directly with Partners on a diverse portfolio of clients across industries such as agribusiness, manufacturing, transport, and professional services.
You'll take ownership of your client relationships, delivering high-quality accounting, tax, and advisory work while also providing guidance to junior team members.
This role offers variety, responsibility, and the opportunity to be involved in more complex and strategic client matters beyond day-to-day compliance.
Key responsibilities include:
Managing your own portfolio of clients and delivering tailored tax and business advisory solutions
Preparing financial statements and tax returns for more complex business structures
Advising on structuring, succession planning, and business acquisitions or sales
Reviewing work and mentoring junior accountants
Supporting client compliance planning and advising on best practice
Researching complex tax matters and working with specialist tax consultants when required
Maintaining accurate client records and ensuring compliance with reporting and data security standards
About You
You're an experienced Business Services accountant who enjoys working closely with clients and adding value beyond the numbers.
You'll bring:
CA or CPA qualification
5+ years' experience in Business Services within public practice
Strong technical knowledge across tax and compliance
Confidence working in client-facing roles
Clear communication and strong relationship-building skills
A proactive mindset with the ability to mentor and support junior staff
