Overview
Location: Newcastle. On-site support and some short travel. 12 month contract with potential extensions.

IT Level 2 Support
Compensation
$34 - $42 per hour. On-site in Newcastle with occasional travel between sites in Heatherbrae and Bennett's Green.
Key accountabilities
- Provide day-to-day IT support to end users across two sites
- Assist the existing support technician in managing service desk requests and escalating issues as needed
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues in a timely and professional manner
- Maintain accurate documentation of IT systems, incidents, and resolutions
- Support the setup, configuration, and maintenance of desktops, laptops, printers, and other office equipment
- Participate in ongoing training and development under the guidance of the existing support technician
Essential requirements
- Ability to travel between Heatherbrae and Bennett's Green as needed
- Willingness to learn and grow into a larger support role over time
- Preference given to candidates based in or near Newcastle due to commuting concerns
