Due to a sustained period of business growth this international freight forwarder based in Sydney's South/West is seeking to recruit a Customer Service Representative to manage a diverse portfolio of clients.
**This role is open to both experienced Customer Service Reps and/or Import Operators looking for a change or next challenge in a dedicated customer service role. You must have international freight forwarding experience in order to be considered for this role.**

**Duties and responsibilities**:
- P/O management
- Shipment tracking
- Status reports
- Handling general customer enquiries and query resolution
- Liaising with overseas offices, internal departments, vendors and clients
- Provide operational support as required
**Role Requirements**:
- International freight forwarding customer service experience essential
- Cargowise experience - highly desired
- Excellent communication skills - written and oral
- Willingness to learn and contribute to team outcomes
- Ability to prioritise and follow through
- Attention to detail
