Sitting within BOQ Finance Connect, this role focuses on managing credit risk for new business, completing Matrix and Low Doc assessments within delegated authority, and supporting the setup and pre‐assessment of more complex applications that progress to Line Two.You'll work closely with internal stakeholders across the business, including introducer networks, branches and Business Development Managers, building strong relationships to ensure applications are assessed efficiently, accurately and in line with policy. It's a hands‐on role where your attention to detail, understanding of risk appetite and commitment to compliance will directly contribute to timely decision‐making and positive customer outcomes.This role is ideal for someone who enjoys credit analysis, thrives in a structured environment, and values balancing commercial outcomes with sound risk management.**About you** You bring experience in financial services, ideally within credit analysis, lending operations or a similar support role, and you're confident working within policies, procedures and delegated authorities. You understand commercial entities and business structures, and you're comfortable assessing risk while maintaining a strong customer and stakeholder focus.You're known for your high attention to detail, ability to meet service level expectations, and your collaborative working style.
