About the roleOversee all trust accounting functions for residential sales & rentals.
Manage reconciliations, disbursements, and compliance reporting.
Work closely with the directors, finance team and property managers.
Duties
• Manage trust accounts for sales and rentals
• Complete daily and monthly bank reconciliations
• Process bonds, invoices and disbursements
• Prepare compliance reports and audits
• Liaise with property managers and directors Skills & experience
• Certificate IV in Property (or willingness to obtain)
• Previous real estate trust accounting experience
• Strong knowledge of SA legislation & compliance
• Proficiency in trust accounting software
