McDonalds is seeking for an experienced Shift Supervisor. Vacancy address: Mackay, 4740 QLD and surrounding regional areas: : 67 – 69 Boundary Road, Ooralea, Queensland 4740 Occupation: Shift Supervisor Tenancy: Position is available full-time 38/h per week Salary: $77,00 plus superannuation Qualifications & Experience: AQF Certyfikat 4 and at least 1 year of experience. 3 years of experience if no qualifications Task and Duties include (but not limited to)
* Ensure to always promote a prompt and friendly service
* Address and resolve customer inquiries and complaints.
* Plan work schedules and assign staff duties.
* Hire, train, evaluate, and manage staff promotions or dismissals.
* Training staff.
* Handle complaints and decide on appropriate actions.
* Monitor inventory and order new stock as needed.
* Ensure to follow accurate pricing and proper product display.
* Enforce safety procedures throughout the store.
* Embraces and promotes the McDonalds open-door policy.
