Job Opportunity: Registered Nurse
We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our Scrub Scout Team. This role involves performing duties in the Operating Theatres, working collaboratively with a team-oriented environment specializing in Plastic Surgery, Orthopaedics, ENT, Gynaecology, and dental.
The successful candidate will report to the Nurse Unit Manager, performing duties with the support and guidance of the Department Manager, Clinical Nurse, Team and Shift Leaders. They will ensure a high level of quality patient care is delivered, aligning with the care values and strategic direction of the hospital.
To be successful in this role, you will need relevant registration with AHPRA as a Registered Nurse, a minimum of two years of Scrub Scout experience, and the ability to assess, plan, coordinate, and evaluate care delivery needs of patients. You will also demonstrate exceptional customer service and time management abilities, capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment while maintaining positive working relationships with others.
