We are seeking a
General Manager - Manufacturing
who brings a proven background with "bespoke manufacturing" and someone who can implement systems that scale and shapes the future of their manufacturing capabilities through innovation and continuous improvement strategies.

What You Bring
* Proven senior leadership in a
complex, precision-driven manufacturing environment.
* Expertise in
production planning, site mapping and systems optimisation.
* Strong financial and analytical acumen with
budgeting, cost control and P&L oversight.
* Applied knowledge of
Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma or equivalent CI methodologies.
* Demonstrated success in
implementing automation, robotics and advanced systems.
* Industry experience in
defence, mining, infrastructure or engineered components
is highly regarded.
* A
