People Systems Analyst
Contract: Full-time, 12 months fixed term parental leave cover contract
Location: Melbourne, Docklands
Salary Level: $88,339 - $101,590 + 11% super

We are seeking a skilled People Systems Analyst with functional knowledge of a HRIS.
About your next role
You will report to the People Systems Manager and will work closely with our People & Culture Team to scope, test and modify any new or varied SAP SuccessFactors modules across the full employee lifecycle to enable system optimisation.
From requirement gathering to system configuration and user support, your comprehensive understanding of SuccessFactors modules will be instrumental in ensuring the seamless integration of technology solutions that meet our business objectives.
Your primary focus will be on ensuring SuccessFactors configurations are up to date with business requirements and legislation in addition to providing tier 3 escalation success for technical issues or queries.
About you
Your recent experience in a similar position or environment will see you hit the ground running. You will be passionate and have a high level interest in People Systems and Data integrity. You’ll ideally also have:
1. Deep technical understanding and hands on experience configuring a HRIS (SAP SuccessFactors highly desirable)
2. Excellent communication skills with a strong attention to detail and previous experience managing competing deadlines.
3. Experience in the development of process and procedural documentation
4. Ability to establish and maintain strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders
5. Experience in validation of business system upgrades and new production solutions.
6. High technical aptitude with the ability to learn new systems and processes quickly
7. Completion of a post-secondary qualification in Human Resources, Business, Computer Science or Information Services
