About the Role
Trusted Care and Support Services is a growing NDIS provider dedicated to delivering high-quality, person-centred supports across NSW. As our organisation continues to expand, we are seeking an Entry Level HR Manager to support and manage our team of Support Workers and internal staff.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a background in Human Resources who is looking to step into a broad, hands-on role and grow with a developing organisation. You will work closely with senior management and play a key role in building a strong, compliant, and positive workplace culture.
Based at our head office in Bankstown, this role will expose you to all core areas of Human Resources within a fast-paced, purpose-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities
This is a generalist HR role covering most areas of traditional Human Resources, including:
* Coordinating end-to-end recruitment and onboarding of Support Workers and office staff
* Supporting staff training, induction, and ongoing professional development
* Assisting in building and maintaining a positive workplace culture aligned with our values
* Organising internal staff engagement activities and company events
* Managing staff compliance, including NDIS worker screening, documentation, and internal records
* Supporting Work Health and Safety (WHS) processes, incident reporting, and staff safety initiatives
* Assisting with performance management processes and staff relations matters
* Maintaining accurate HR systems, files, and registers

Job Type: Part-time
Pay: From $27.00 per hour
Expected hours: 15 – 30 per week
