SC People is proud to partner with a well-known team of property management specialists, offering complete management services of investment properties in the Newcastle, Lake Macquarie, and Maitland areas. Our client's focus is Investment Services expertise, and innovation through technology that enables complete property management to be delivered to the highest standard.
**The Opportunity.**
Leading a team of 5 property managers, whilst managing a small portfolio of properties, you will be responsible for engaging with both your direct team and the broader leadership team and business to create a positive experience for both your clients and team of property managers, providing a supportive and a proactive culture.
Customer experience is key in this role and will be at the forefront of all interactions. This is a valuable opportunity to increase your professional skills and take the next step in your career, surrounded by a knowledgeable and motivated team.
- Manage, train and develop multiple team members and guide them on best practice property management
- Tenant and landlord relationship management
- Following up on any maintenance repairs as needed within their team
- Engaging with internal members of the business to ensure day to day efficiency
- Achieve objectives and targets set by the management team on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis
- Oversee training and development of new members of staff
- Handling complaints escalated from the Property Managers/Customer Care
**About You.**
You will possess:
- Able to demonstrate first class customer service skills
- Previous success in a property management position
- A passion for leadership and development with a willingness to commit to the development of your leadership and management skills
- Excellent organisation, prioritisation and time management skills and strong attention to detail
- Strong communication, influencing and relationship skills
- High levels of energy, drive and enthusiasm
- You will be highly motivated and able to demonstrate success within Property Management
- NSW Certificate of Registration is a minimum requirement to work in this role
