Overview
Job title: Virtual Business Development Associate (Inside Sales). Location: North Sydney (hybrid: three to four days in office, one to two from home). Employment type: Full-time.
Key Responsibilities
* Drive proactive outbound sales activity, executing high-volume calling to grow and develop a defined list of accounts.
* Deliver virtual product detailing, customer training sessions, and group education where required.
* Prioritise and segment a large account list using structured planning and strong Excel skills.
* Manage lead generation, pipeline progression, and follow-up activity to maximise territory growth.
* Collaborate closely with BDMs to ensure seamless customer support during leave periods and field coverage gaps.
You Will Have
* Proven sales experience, ideally inside sales or tele-sales, with strong capability in cold outreach.
* Exceptional organisation skills with the ability to structure, prioritise, and manage a large account portfolio.
* Confident, clear, and concise communication skills; comfortable engaging customers all day over the phone.
* Strong Excel capability for list segmentation and sales planning; CRM experience (Veeva) is advantageous.
* Passionate, driven attitude with a strong sales mindset and ability to build rapport virtually.
