Administration Support (Casual / Contractor) – The Executive Presence
The Executive Presence is seeking a reliable and organised Administration Support Officer to assist with the day-to-day operations of a growing consulting business.
This role provides approximately 5–10 hours per week and offers flexible working arrangements in a primarily work-from-home environment.
The Executive Presence works with organisations across governance, strategy, compliance and operational support, primarily within the community services, disability and health sectors.
Key responsibilities include:• General administration support• Document preparation and formatting• Email and inbox management support• File organisation and digital record keeping• Calendar coordination and meeting scheduling• Basic research and project administration support
Role details• Approximately 5–10 hours per week• Flexible working hours – during business hours or evenings depending on preference• Laptop provided
Pay options• $25 per hour + super (employee)• $40 per hour contractor rate (GST inclusive and inclusive of any superannuation obligations if applicable)
Applicants must have reliable internet and an ergonomic home workspace.
While the role is primarily work from home, very occasional travel may be required by agreement (rare).
Applicants located in the Goulburn Valley region are preferred, however virtual applicants will also be considered.
There is opportunity for this role to grow over time for the right applicant as the business continues to expand.
