About the Opportunity
As a HR professional, you'll be the central point of contact for all things people-related. You'll work closely with various stakeholders to build a workplace that's supportive, engaged and full of opportunity.
You will help maintain accurate employee records, assist with recruitment and onboarding, manage contracts and compliance, support managers on people processes and foster positive relationships across the site.
Key Responsibilities:
* Recruitment: Lead end-to-end recruitment from job postings to offer letters, coordinate arrivals, inductions and checklists to ensure new team members feel supported and welcomed.
* HR Coordination: Maintain employee records, help manage contracts, updates, manning guides and compliance, assist with probation reviews and Learning & Development tracking.
* Employee Experience: Be the go-to support for managers on people processes, foster positive relationships, run quarterly engagement surveys, assist with ER administration, organise wellbeing programs, social events and monthly room inspections.
* Culture & Community: Bring energy and creativity to our event calendar, represent our values and code of conduct daily.
