About the Role:
This role involves working closely with the Front Office and Commercial teams to provide united service to guests, as well as identifying new contacts, developing sales leads, and responding to sales opportunities to maximise revenue.
Key Responsibilities:
* Generate Sales Leads: Identify new contacts and develop sales leads to drive revenue growth.
* Provide Excellent Customer Service: Work closely with the Front Office team to deliver exceptional service to guests.
* Maintain Accurate Records: Maintain accurate records of sales leads and customer interactions.
* Monitor Customer Satisfaction: Regularly monitor customer satisfaction and resolve any issues that may arise.

Requirements:
* Hospitality Experience: Previous experience in reservations/sales/hotels.
* Sales Skills: Ability to identify and develop sales leads.
* Customer Service: Proven ability to provide excellent customer service.
* Communication Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
